Why people say a decorated green tree is Christmas tree?-About WMSCOG

What do you think about the Christmas tree?

Do you think the Christmas tree came from the age of Jesus or his disciples?

According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, “The use of evergreen trees, wreaths, and garlands to symbolize eternal life was a custom of the ancient Egyptians, Chinese, and Hebrews. Tree worship was common among the pagan Europeans and survived their conversion to Christianity in the Scandinavian customs of decorating the house and barn with evergreens at the New Year to scare away the devil and of setting up a tree for the birds during Christmastime.”^[

So we know that Christmas tree is not from Jesus and his disciples nor God’s commandments

Every encyclopedia says the Christmas tree is from pagan ritual of tree worship.

It is no problem to decorate trees to the people who do not believe in God.

What about the people who believe in God as their Savior?

And they know the Christmas tree is from pagan ritual of tree worship.

Is not illegal against the first commandment of the ten commandments(You  shall have  no other gods before me).
