World Mission Society Church of God keeps the Passover of the New Covenant whereas other churches don’t. Then why does only WMSCOG keep the Passover? Because Christ Ahnsahnghong who established the WMSCOG gifted the Passover of eternal life to us. The Passover of the New Covenant is God’s gift for our salvation.

Jn 6:53-54 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.

God said whoever eats His flesh and blood has eternal life. The way of eating God’s flesh and blood is keeping the Passover of the New Covenant.

Mt 26:26-28 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

This is the scene where Jesus kept the Passover with His disciples. On the Passover day, Jesus said the Passover’s bread is His body and the Passover’s cup is His blood. So by eating the Passover’s bread and wine, we can eat God’s flesh and blood so that we receive eternal life. And Jesus established this Passover as the New covenant.

Lk 22:20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

So the Passover of the New Covenant is God’s gift for our eternal life. As God’s children who hope for heaven must keep the Passover of the New Covenant. And in this age, for those who are waiting for salvation, God Ahnsahnghong appeared on this earth and gave us the Passover of the New Covenant. Even though it was abolished and hidden for over 1,600 years, Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the Passover. I’m truly thankful to Christ Ahnsahnghong for giving us His gift, the Passover. And I do hope all people of the world keep the Passover given by Christ Ahnsahnghong.
