From the time we wake up to when we go to bed, all kinds of thoughts go through
our minds.
A study has found that those kinds of thoughts are mostly negative or anxious
thoughts and positive thoughts are little.
It is said as time goes on, people naturally tend to think thoughts negatively.
So, experts said we need to make an effort to think positively.
God gave the way to think positive thoughts to those who are the children of God.
By reading the words of God, we can think good and beautiful thoughts one after
another. Then, God will guard our hearts and minds in the grace of God the Father
and God the Mother.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts
and your minds in Christ Jesus.

I've learned that I was a heavenly angel before coming to earth. That is, I had lived so glorious life in the heavenly kingdom even though I am living on this world full of difficulties and sorrow. The Bible also taught me the reason. It was because I'd committed grievous sins against God owing to my arrogance and greed.
I was nothing but a sinner and no more. But, heavenly Parents came down to me and promised an eternal life for returning to heavenly home. They also promised that They would guard my heart not to be tempted by evil things.
As we live in this world, there are bound to be times when we are too tired and exhausted. But God walked that path first for us. We must walk the path of the gospel while thinking of the sacrifice and love that God has given us.
