Most people, whether they believe in God or not, know that Sunday is the day they go to church to worship. However, Christ Ahnsahnghong taught members of WMSCOG to worship on Saturday, not on Sunday. That’s why members of WMSCOG go to church on Saturday. Then why did Christ Ahnsahnghong teach to worship on Saturday? Because it’s God’s absolute will. We can see it through the Bible.

Ge 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

God created all things from the 1st day to the 6th day and rested from all his work on the 7th day. And God blessed the 7th day and made it holy. We call this 7th day the Sabbath day. God commanded us to keep the Sabbath on the 7th day.

Ex 20:8-11 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

This is the 4th commandment of the Ten Commandments. We must keep it as God’s children. God said, the 7th day is a Sabbath to our God so that we should remember it by keeping it holy. We should go to the church on the 7th day to keep the Sabbath.

Then what day of the week is the 7th day, the Sabbath? Not only on common-sense grounds, but also based on the Bible, we can confirm that the seventh day is Saturday. That’s why Christ Ahnsahnghong taught us to keep the Sabbath on Saturday. This is the absolute teaching of God Ahnsahnghong.

Rev 22:18-19 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.

Even though there’re many churches and denominations in the world, we can serve God and worship God correctly only in WMSCOG. I give eternal thanks and glory and praise to Christ Ahnsahnghong for allowing us the truth of the Bible. Let’s keep the Sabbath in WMSCOG, giving thanks to Christ Ahnsahnghong.
