How to follow the First Commandment that Jesus mentioned

2,000 years ago, one of the Pharisees tested Jesus with this question.
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?"
At that time, Jesus replied; "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul ad with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.."
So, how can we obey and follow the first commandment that Jesus mentioned?
It may seem vague when you think about it, but in the Bible, there is a record about King Josiah who completely obeyed the first commandment mentioned by Jesus.
If we do as King Josiah did, we can also be approved by God like him.
2 Kings 23:23~25
But in the eighteenth year of King Josiah, this Passover was celebrated to the LORD in Jerusalem....Neither before nor after Josiah was there a king like him who turned to the LORD as he did- with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength, in accordance with all the Law of Moses.
What did Josiah keep? It was the Passover.
By celebrating the Passover, Josiah was commended by God as one who kept the first and greatest commandment that Jesus spoke about.
Then, if we keep the Passover like Josiah, we can be approved that we keep the first commandment of God.
Then, what is the principle that enables us to love God with all our heart, mind, and soul by keeping the Passover?
Exodus 12:12
"On that same night(the Passover day) I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn-both men and animals-and I will bring judgement on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD."
God promised to judge all other gods on the day of the Passover.
Therefore, if we keep the Passover, other gods will be judged, and only God can be served with all our heart, mind and devotion.
Let us keep the New Covenant Passover, which was established by Jesus' sacrifice, and be the children of God who follow the first commandment Jesus mentioned.

Those who keep the Passover can love God with all their hearts. Without following God's direction, how can they really love God? They could say that they love God, but they can be recognized by God. Now, as we know the way to follow the First Commandment, we have to keep the Passover!! 🙂
Before the WMSCOG, I'd thought that it was impossible to keep God's commands. Sometimes, I used to argue with Christians concerning this matter.
But, after learning the new covenant established by Christ Ahnsahnghong, I'm looking forward to entering the kingdom of God.
For example, when we keep the Passover of the new covenant, God will be pleased because we keep His first command! Our souls return to God and God will be with us!
I had no any idea before about the relationship between first commandment and the Passover. When we keep the Passover, we can realize that who Savior is to us at this age. Therefore, i have met Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother whom we have to serve.
