Jeremiah 31:31
The days are coming," declares the Lord, "when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.
Jehovah God promised to establish a New Covenant.

King David is the one who present the giving-spirit, the Second Coming Christ.
He is true savior who would save us in the last days. It is sure that.
