In the Garden of Eden, there were two significant trees: the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Adam and Eve were destined to die after eating from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
However, they still reached out for the Tree of Life.
Genesis 3:22
"And the Lord God said, 'The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.'
Why did they do this, even though they were already condemned to die?
It is because even sinners can live forever if they eat from the Tree of Life!
What is the Tree of Life?
Jesus said that He would reveal secrets hidden since the beginning through parables.
In this context, the Tree of Life is a metaphor.
So, what is the reality of the Tree of Life that grants us eternal life?
In the beginning, the Tree of Life was the way to live forever.
In the New Testament, Jesus' flesh and blood are the only way to have eternal life.
John 6:53-54
"Jesus said to them, 'Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.'"
Matthew 26:26
"While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, 'Take and eat; this is my body.'"
So, the reality is the Passover of the New Covenant, which is the way to eat Jesus' flesh and drink His blood.
In this world, the World Mission Society Church of God observes the New Covenant Passover.
Let's keep the Passover, which is the reality of the Tree of Life, so that we can have eternal life!

We must keep the Passover, the fruit of the tree of life, in order to receive eternal life. Since only God can grant the fruit of the tree of life, Christ Ahn Sahng-hong is the one who brought us the Passover, the fruit of the tree of life.
