There is a term, ‘mammonism’ which means the pursuit of great wealth.
This word is derived from ‘Mommon’ that refers to money or business activities
which people consider as the most important thing in their lives.

I feel bad when I see A certain person who is very obsessed
with money, wealth, or the materials.
Originally ‘Mommon’ is A god that is worshiped
by those who want to make money and accumulate wealth.

The term, ‘mammonism’ has something to do with ‘materialism’.
It can be said the attitude of someone who attaches a lot of importance to money
and wants to possess a great number of material things.

If a man is obsessed with materialism,
he tend to see the world in a physical way and refuse to see the spiritual world.
Also he is only satisfied with the physical matter
and believes the visible world and reject the invisible world.

However money is not everything in our lives.
Even though An air is not visible, it is necessary for people to live.
No one can live without breathing.

It is written in the Book of Colossians,
“God Elohim created all things in heaven and on earth,
visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities;
all things were created by God Elohim.”

Just as an air is not seen and invisible but people absolutely need it to live,
God’s people definitely have to yearn the invisible world,
the spiritual our heavenly country.

1Co 4:6~7 Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, “Do not go beyond what is written.” Then you will not take pride in one man over against another. For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?

We’re given all things by God’s grace.
If God Elohim ask that is there anything we didn’t receive from Them,
we cannot help answering, ‘No’.

What we have and use now are from God Elohim.
Even if there are many to pursue wealth and be obsessed with money,
we will break their biased viewpoints and put the new belief into their mind
by preaching the Saviors; Christ Ahnsahnghong and Jerusalem Heavenly Mother.
