Is it important how to make the name of a church? Some say, “No”, or some say, “Yes”. In the presence of God Elohim, the name of the church should be named by God and it must follow the God’s laws and commands. 2,000 years ago, Christ Jesus established a church on this earth in order to lead mankind to the kingdom of heaven, and taught us many teachings. There was only one church established by Christ Jesus in this earth and attended by the apostles. Even though there are a lot of churches to insist they are orthodox which are many different types of Christian churches in the world, following different doctrines and beliefs, it is the only one church, named the Church of God that was set up by Christ Jesus, keeping all the feasts of God such as the Passover and the Sabbaths.

1Co 1:1~2 Paul, called to be an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes, to the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy.

Definitely the name which Christ Jesus established 2,000 years ago is the Church of God. Furthermore those attending the Church of God are keeping the Passover, according to the example of Christ Jesus and the apostles. It is because God the Creators and the apostles kept the Passover and the Sabbaths of the New Covenant as their custom was. Therefore the name of the church that Christ Jesus set up and the apostles attended is the Church of God, and it keeps the Passover and the Sabbaths of the New Covenant weekly and annually.
