I agree with you! If someone really wants to be like one of the Apostles in the Early Church, he has to follow what they kept, especially the Passover. The Passover was designated as the New Covenant by Jesus Christ and He eagerly wanted to keep it with His disciples before He would be crucified.

We must observe the Passover as the Bible teaches us.

Indeed, we're no longer aliens and foreigners, but the children of promise within the Spirit and the Bride. The Bile wrote about the forefathers, who have been saved. The common thing found in them is that all of them were so faithful to God's words, and the Bible wrote their beliefs detail by detail. We'll also be saved when we follow their examples shown in following Christ Jesus. The new covenant was established to the detriment of Christ Jesus. We can learn what the new covenant is and keep the truths of life while studying the Bible in Zion. The Bible described what we have to do foe being saved.

For sure, if want to be like Apostle Paul, Peter, or John, we must do what they have done 2000 years ago according to the teachings of Jesus. I think It is natural, but not many of them are aware of what they had done.
As the above said, people want to resemble the apostles such as Paul and Peter, however, do you know what kind of lives they spent during their life time?
they spent hard time to keep their faith in God! How?
They had to keep all the laws of Christ that they were given from Jesus such as the Passover and the Sabbath day and so on.
If we really want to resemble them, we must follow what they had done 2,000 years ago. furthermore, we should think of why they were so eager to keep the new covenant, It is because those teachings were established by sacrifice of Jesus on the cross...

It is a very important matter to imitate the faith of the apostles. If we imitate their faith, we will be able to enter heaven just as they did. Naming similar to the names of the apostles seems to have that meaning. I also want to be a child of God who keeps the Passover eagerly like Jesus and the apostles.

What Jesus and the apostles kept for the salvation is the truth. And they kept the Passover for the salvation. We must keep the Passover to go to heaven.

The Bible teaches us to build our faith on the foundation of the apostles and prophets. What truth did the apostles and prophets have and deliver ? It was the truth of New Covenant including the Passover. So we all should be the ministers of the New Covenant !

If you want to resemble the Apostle Paul, the Apostle Peter or John, remember what they had done. And try to do what they had done. If you do that, you are the Apostle Paul, the Apostle Peter or John.
