The Law of the Old Testament times to command us to remember the Sabbath by keeping it holy (Ex 20:8) is the fourth commandment among the Ten Commandments. However like the insistence of most of Christians that they don’t need to keep the Sabbath in the New Testament times, do we not have to keep it anymore? Definitely not! Is there any clause of commandment to be abolished among Ten Commandments? Was the first commandment of the Ten Commandments abolished that we shall have no other gods before God?

Ex 20:2~3 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, our the land of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me.

Was the second commandment of the Ten Commandments abolished that we must not make any image or worship it?

Ex 20:4~6 You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything. You shall not bow down to them or worship them.

Never! Then, why do they insist that the fourth commandment was abolished and we don’t need to keep it anymore? It’s nonsense! Among all the Ten Commandments, there is no clause of commandment to be neglected nor ignored. We have to respect all the commandments among Ten Commandments until the end of this age, following the teachings of Christ Jesus. Also we should have firm faith to walk the path of the gospel in order not to wave to the right or left.
