The first and greatest commandment, Passover

 

There are many christians saying that ” I love God” . However, do they love God with all their heart? Do you love God? How can you prove that?

We can find out who loves God in the Bible.

2,000 years ago, when an expert in the law asked Jesus about the first and the greatest commandment in the law.

Jesus said that the first and greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. Jesus didn’t say about the first commandment of the ten commandments directly.

 

Matt 22:35~40

One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

 

Then, how can we love God with all our heart, with all our mind, with all our soul? Is it enough to just say that I love God? We should not say like that.

The Bible testifies who was recognized by God as the one who loves God with his heart.

It’s King Josiah.

The Bible testifies that King Josiah kept all the Law of Moses with his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength.

 

2 Kings 23:25

Neither before nor after Josiah was there a king like him who turned to the LORD as he did–with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength, in accordance with all the Law of Moses.

 

Because, in the eighteenth year of King Josiah, Josiah kept the Passover in Jerusalem.

 

2 Kings 23:21~23

The king gave this order to all the people: “Celebrate the Passover to the LORD your God, as it is written in this Book of the Covenant.” Not since the days of the judges who led Israel, nor throughout the days of the kings of Israel and the kings of Judah, had any such Passover been observed. But in the eighteenth year of King Josiah, this Passover was celebrated to the LORD in Jerusalem.

 

Josiah became the one who observes the first and greatest commandment by keeping the Passover. Therefore, we can observe the first and greatest commandment by keeping the Passover and can be recognized by God like Josiah.

When we keep the Passover, we can worship our true God with all our heart and all our soul and all our mind. Because, on the Passover night, Almighty God judge all the other gods. As a result, we can worship only our true God naturally.

After Josiah kept the Passover, he realize that he worship other gods instead of the LORD unconsciously , and got rid of the mediums and spritists, the household gods, the idols and all the other detestable things.

 

2 Kings 23:24

Furthermore, Josiah got rid of the mediums and spiritists, the household gods, the idols and all the other detestable things seen in Judah and Jerusalem. This he did to fulfill the requirements of the law written in the book that Hilkiah the priest had discovered in the temple of the LORD.

 

2,000 years ago, the first coming Jesus set up the Passover of the New Covenant with Bread and Wine. And Jesus promised us the forgiveness of sins and eternal life through the Passover. When we keep the Passover, we can receive salvation by worshiping our true God and be protected from disasters.

However, the Passover was abolished by Satan at the council of Nicaea in AD 325. So, we cannot keep the Passover for about 1,600 years. We are also worshiping other gods for a long time unconsciously.

According to the prophecy of the Bible. Christ Ahnsahnghong came a second time to this earth to restore the Passover for our salvation. Only those who believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother(Mother God) and celebrate the Passover worship our true God, God the Father and God the Mother(Mother God) by keeping the first and the greatest commandment and receive salvation.

We love  Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother(Mother God) with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our mind.
