When I read the book of Revelations, I was curious about the verse 1 and the chapter 18,
which is saying “After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven.
He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor.”
Who illuminated the earth by his splendor is to reveal
A home for demons and A haunt for every evil spirit.

What does it mean by ‘His Splendor’?
And why does He reveal the identity of demons and evil spirits?

Rev 1:1~3 After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted: “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a home for demons and a haunt for every evil spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird.”

The term of ‘illuminate’ has two definitions;
One is that to illuminate something means to shine light on it
and to make it brighter and more visible.
The other is that to illuminate something which is unclear or difficult to understand,
it makes it clearer by explaining it carefully or giving information about it.

Christ Ahnsahnghong appeared as another angel coming down from heaven with great authority,
and the earth was illuminated by His splendor.
The splendor to illuminate the earth is the Passover
which can reveal every detestable haunt for evil spirits.

He shined light of the Passover on them and helped us see them more visible.
And He explained and taught the Passover carefully
and helped us understand more easily.

Thanks to the efforts of Christ Ahnsahnghong,
we could come out of the darkness of the haunts for evil spirits
by keeping the Passover.
