When God created the heavens and the earth, from the first day to the sixth day, He created the heavens and the earth and rested on the seventh day.

When someone who keeps the Sabbath day, they receive blessing abundantly in spiritually and feel power of God.
Everything goes well in spiritually !
What is the anniversary of Creator? According to the Bible, it is the seventh day Sabbath day. God established the Sabbath day and made it holy. To receive the blessings of the Sabbath, we should keep the Sabbath day. It is Saturday. So God's people must keep the Sabbath day on Saturdays as the commandment of God. There are seventh days from first day to last day. However, only seventh day is a anniversary of Creator, Elohim God. When we rest and worship on Seventh day which is Saturday, we can get blessings of forgiveness of sins.
