The Cross Is an Idol
God commanded us not to make an idol in the form of anything in heaven and the earth beneath, nor to worship them through the ten commandments of God.
Ex 20:4-5
"You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
You shall not bow down to them or worship them;
However, most churches in the world regard the cross as a symbol of Christianity. They also insist that the cross is not an idol.
According to the bible and the history of Christianity, what they are doing with the cross is idolatry.
In the time of the early church, the cross was an execution tool for criminals. At that time, the early Christians never held the cross sacred because of this reason.
Originally, the cross which was introduced into the church at the time of Constantine was an idol symbolizing paganism.
Then, what attitude should we have toward the cross?
1 Pet 1:18-19
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers,
but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
We should reject the cross and any other idols and value the new covenant which was established by Christ by participating in the blood of Christ.

Heaven is the place where those obey the will of God. we have to serve only God, our Creator. because the One who can be saved mankind, is only God. Salvation is belong to God. the Cross is just pagan custom Not God's will. we should reject visible idols as the Cross and invisible idols as other gods. we must remember God's great sacrifice for us.
The cross is an idol that God said not to make. Let's obey the word, reject the cross and the idol, and keep the new covenant
The Cross is just a man-made idol that cannot give us any blessings or misfortune. Rather, We have to keep the Passover of the New Covenant, established by Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, to be saved. Let's keep the Passover in the Church of God, established by Christ Ahnsahnghong who restored the Passover in this age and enter the heaven.
The Cross is just an idol what God hates.
It never can be the symbol of our faith.
When we study the Bible, we can clearly understand that the cross is an idol which is just mere wood. People only think cross in front of their eyes rather than thinking of precious blood of Jesus shed on the cross. We can get salvation and forgiveness through the blood of Christ. Jesus sacrificed on the cross for us to give us salvation. What shall we commemorate? cross? definitely not! we need to remember blood of Jesus on the cross!
The cross is idolatry.
You can never be saved by worship.
